SUPPORTED FURTHER STUDY / EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION PROGRAMME

A supported employment programme for students aged between 16-24 years old. Students may apply to enrol on this programme once they have completed their foundation qualifications. Students will be supported to find sustainable employment in an industry they are interested in, or transition onto further education. Our Transition Programme mentors will maintain contact and support with the young person for up to 2 years, to help them stay in employment. This programme is funded via the He Poutama Rangatahi initiative.
